SHIRTS

DTG printing

DTG (direct-to-garment) printing is like using a regular printer, but on t-shirts. Designs are printed directly onto the garment and absorb into the fabric.

We use the DTG method for most of our t-shirts. That's because it yields quality prints, it's cost-effective for one-off orders, and there's almost no limit to the colors and fine detail you can use in your designs.

HATS

Embroidery Process

We use three main techniques for hat embroidery:

Flat embroidery - the thread is embroidered flat onto the hat
3D puff - a foam insert gives the embroidery a raised look
Partial 3D puff - a combination of flat and 3D embroidery

  • Embroidered with Happy and Tajima embroidery machines
  • High-density stitching
  • Hand-clipped and cleaned
  • Polyester “Spyder Cord” thread in 15 different colors

TOTES & BAGS

All-over totes and bags

Graphics are sublimation printed onto the fabric using specialty sublimation paper and inks. The product and printed design then go through a heat press where the ink transfers onto the fabric. Finally, it's hand cut and sewn and sent to quality control for review.
  • Mimaki UV printer and inks
  • 100% polyester fabric
  • Sturdy construction, stitching includes overlock stitch and lockstitch

PILLOWS

Pillows are sublimation printed and hand-cut and sewn in-house. Graphics are printed onto sublimation paper using specialty inks. The fabric is then placed in between the sublimation paper and put through a rollpress, where heat transfers the inks onto the fabric.

Once printed, the pillow shape is precision-cut and hand-sewn by our in-house team. Pillows come with or without stuffing in a rectangular or square shape.

  • Printed with Mimaki printers and sublimation inks
  • Fabric: 100% polyester
  • Stuffing: polypropylene nonwoven liner filled with virgin polyester fiber
  • Concealable zipper

TOWELS

Graphics are printed onto sublimation paper using specialty inks. The towel is then placed in between the sublimation paper and put through a rollpress, where heat transfers the inks onto the fabric.

Only one side of the towel is printable. The non-printed side is made of a terry fabric to better absorb liquid.
